When people hear the term grounding, images of barefoot tree huggers tend to come to mind...and while I have to admit, I've hugged many trees in my day, as well as enjoyed walking barefoot in the mud, there can be more to it than that if those things are not your cup of tea. So what is grounding? Grounding is simply a way to find balance within yourself, so that your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energies align in a healthy way.
